Please see below for information and steps to apply to High Meadows School.

Although the official deadlines for applications have passed, applications are still being accepted. Please contact Janet Vecsey O’Rourke, Director of Admissions, at 678-507-1170 or jorourke@highmeadows.org for more information.


Download an Application and complete the steps below. Application fee is $100 per child.


Applying for PS-3 or PreK-4?

Complete and give current school:


Preschool Principal will schedule a 1 Hour Play Assessment (No Parent-Child Separation).


Applying for Kindergarten?

Complete and give current school:


Director of Admissions will schedule an assessment.


Applying for 1st Grade?

Complete and give current school:

  • AAAIS Release of Information form (download)
  • AAAIS Teacher Evaluation form (download)

Director of Admissions will schedule an assessment.


Applying for 2nd through 5th Grade?

Complete and give current school:

(2nd through 4th Grade)
  • AAAIS Release of Information form (download)
  • AAAIS Teacher Evaluation form (download)
   (5th Grade)
  • AAAIS Release of Information form (download)
  • AAAIS Teacher Evaluation form (download)
  • AAAIS Principal/Counselor Evaluation form (download)
