Each school day, our students learn through the experiential, immersive educational opportunities provided in our classrooms and across our grassy fields and scenic woodlands. Beginning with our youngest students at the age of three, High Meadows is focused on developing future global citizens and innovative leaders who embrace challenge and think for themselves.

Classes are taught by two lead teachers, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional individualized instruction. Our experiential curriculum emphasizes academic excellence, love of learning, critical thinking, and environmental and social responsibility.  A nationally recognized and award-winning leader in progressive education, High Meadows School is an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering its renowned Primary Years Programme for students in pre-k and kindergarten through fifth grade.

The best way to experience High Meadows is through a visit to our campus. We look forward to learning more about your family and sharing our school community with you.

“High Meadows felt like home on our very first visit. It is a place our children have been both nurtured and challenged by people who have become like family to us.”

High Meadows Parent
“Compared with our previous school experience, we’re so happy that High Meadows understands what childhood is all about. In addition to an amazing curriculum, the kids get to play, explore, create, and have fun!”
High Meadows Parent
“I love being a student here because of the student/teacher bond. The teachers get to know you and learn what you need to be successful. We don’t sit in a desk all day- we get to work in groups, experiment, go outside, and do projects.”
