Apply For Admission

As you begin your school search, we look forward to learning more about your family, your child, and your hopes for your child’s education. We welcome your questions and hope that you will enjoy the many opportunities we have planned to help you get to know our community as you consider High Meadows for your family.

High Meadows School uses Ravenna, a web-based school search and application system that allows you to find the information you need easily. Please use this online tool to register for admission events, schedule a tour, join our mailing list, and apply for admission.

Click the Apply Now button or this link to begin our conversation: www.ravenna-hub.com. Create an account and a profile for each child. Under the School Directory, select “High Meadows School” and submit your application.

While the Preferred Application Deadline for the 2024-2025 school year has now passed, spaces remain open for application in some grade levels.  Please feel free to call to learn more: 770-993-2940.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open on October 1, 2024.

How to Apply for Admission

  • Step 1: Submit Online Application

    Complete the online application through Ravenna Solutions, pay the $100 application fee, and click “Submit.”  Applications for Fall 2024 enrollment will be accepted between October 1, 2023, and February 16, 2024. 

  • Step 2: Delegate Supplemental Requirements

    In your Ravenna application, delegate appropriate teacher evaluations, and records release documents as instructed based on your child’s grade level.

  • Step 3: Visit Us

    Attend a High Meadows event or tour (register online through your Ravenna account or call 678-507-1170 to schedule).

  • Step 4: 4. Parent Interview

    Parent Interviews will take place between December 2024 and February 2025.

  • Step 5: Student Assessment

    Student Assessments and visit days will take place in January and February 2024.

  • Step 6: Financial Aid

    If you choose to apply to be considered for financial aid, complete the PFS application at https://www.solutionsbysss.com/ and upload the required supplementary forms.

  • Step 7: Decision Notifications

    Application Decisions and Financial aid awards will be available on Saturday, March 30, 2024, in the Ravenna online system and then on a case-by-case basis as spaces and funds remain.
