Boys' and Girls' Basketball

Sixth through eighth graders practice and play against other independent school teams in the area. They work on developing athletic skills on the court, sportsmanship, personal responsibility, and team dynamics. We have a no-cut policy for Middle Years sports teams.

Cross Country

Our Middle School Cross Country team emphasizes group and individual progress through practice on our 42 acres of meadows and woodlands. Practice is co-ed but boys and girls race separately at youth meets throughout the Atlanta area. We have a no-cut policy for Middle Years teams.

Extended Care

Our Extended Care offers supervision and positive engagement for students arriving early in the morning and those who stay on campus after the school day. Our Extended Care team is made up of dedicated staff committed to making this part of our students’ High Meadows experience a memorable one.
