The simplest way to view and register for upcoming tour and event opportunities is through our online admission host, Ravenna. Once you register, you will be able to sign up for a tour, register for an event, or proceed with the application process. Creating your account in Ravenna also assures that you receive communication from us about important dates, educational topics of interest, and updates on the admission process.

Upper Elementary & Middle School Tours

Most Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.
Imagine a Middle School experience that inspires your child to grow, blossom, and thrive!

High Meadows Middle Years program offers:
  • A just-right community size (just under 100 6-8th grade students) where each student is known, seen, and valued.
  • Engaging and rigorous coursework offering opportunity for students to learn through inquiry, collaboration and experience.
  • A focus on building academic knowledge, self-confidence, study strategies, self-advocacy skills and leadership skills.
  • A relationship-driven approach to education where students’ unique ideas, interests, and passions are valued and nurtured.
  • A student community where kindness, respect, diversity, and student agency are fostered.
  • Extraordinary preparation for high school, college and beyond!

Families exploring 4th and 5th grade enrollment are also well served on this weekly tour, which starts with visits to our multiage 4th and 5th grade classrooms and continues with time learning about the Middle Years program.

  • Family Farm to Forest Tours

    Select Saturdays at 10:00 a.m.
    Family Farm to Forest Tours are a wonderful opportunity to experience the High Meadows campus as a family. These fun and casual events allow families to explore our outdoor campus with a guide, learn about beloved High Meadows landmarks and activities, and to interact with members of our community (even some of our barnyard friends!). These events are exclusively outdoors and do not have formal ‘Open House’ programming. Put on your hiking boots and join the fun!

  • Virtual Admission Connection Coffees

    Select Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.
    Connection Coffees are a great starting point for families seeking to learn more about High Meadows School. These virtual online gatherings will allow you to visit with a member of our Admission team to learn more about:

  • Winter Open House--Sunday, January 12, 2025

    We will host one formal Open House during the 2024-2025 school year showcasing all grade levels (Pre-K 3 through Middle School). 

    The Open House is a great opportunity to:
    • Hear from school leadership about mission, vision, values and program
    • Tour the campus
    • Interact with faculty and other HMS community members
     This Open House event is geared toward an adult audience and does not offer programming for young children. While applicants and inquiries to grades 4th through 8th are welcome to attend, we ask that families arrange alternate plans for younger children. (Our Family Farm to Forest events are a wonderful visit opportunity for the whole family).
