Need-Based Financial Aid

High Meadows School is committed to enrolling qualified students from a wide variety of socioeconomic backgrounds and to providing financial aid to students who could not otherwise attend.

All financial aid awards are based on demonstrated need; no merit scholarships are awarded. We offer need-based financial aid to qualified families with children in five-day Pre-K through Eighth Grade. Approximately 15% of our students are supported by need-based financial assistance.
Our financial aid program is designed to bridge the gap between what a family can afford to pay and the full cost of tuition. Financial aid qualification is determined with guidance provided to us by Clarity, a confidential third party we use to process financial aid applications and help the financial aid committee to objectively assess a family’s ability to contribute toward educational expenses. According to standard practice, all household income is considered when determining financial need. Aid awards are determined by the financial aid committee based on the demonstrated need of the applicant and the capacity of the financial aid budget in any given year.
Families interested in exploring financial aid possibilities should submit their completed financial aid application for the 2025-26 school year no later than Friday, February 14, 2025. Supporting tax documents must be submitted no later than March 1, 2025. Financial aid qualification will be evaluated only for families who have also completed the application process for school admission. Applications submitted after this date will be considered only if funds remain available.
